Café fit-out, SS15 Subang Jaya

For a small business, every week of renovation is rent paid with no income. Marcus needed a complete fit-out of his new shoplot café in four weeks, ready for an opening date he had already announced.

We planned the job in detail before day one, ordered every long-lead item early and ran two crews in parallel: one on the kitchen, exhaust and grease trap, one on the front of house. The café opened on the advertised date.
